• Arrival and Registration: Gates open at 4.45pm, and all participants must check in upon arrival.
• Briefing: A mandatory driver and supervisor safety briefing begins at 5pm.
• Session Time: Driving runs from 5.30pm to 7.00pm. Participants may spend as much or as little time on the circuit as they feel comfortable with.
• Format: The session starts with a presentation by NSW Highway Patrol, a cabin set up and blind spots demonstration, and a guided sighting lap on the circuit before free driving time.

Driver
Must hold a current learner’s licence and comply with all NSW road rules for learners. Must have 20 or more hours logged in your logbook. A good measure of expected competence is that the learner driver feels confident driving to the event while accompanied by their supervising driver.

Supervising Driver
Must hold a full, unrestricted Australian driver’s licence.

Both learner and supervisor licences will be checked at registration – drivers and supervisors without valid licences may be unable to participate.

Pre-booking is essential due to limited spaces.

Cancellations or changes must be made in advance. No-shows or late cancellations may result in loss of future booking privileges.

Learner’s licence (driver) and full licence (supervisor) – both must be valid and presented at when registering at the event.

A roadworthy vehicle with functioning headlights, brake lights, indicators and sufficient air in and tread on tyres.

Comfortable clothing and appropriate footwear for driving (no Ugg boots, thongs or slides).

A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a night-driving environment!
