HART is accredited by VicRoads to provide learner permit and licence training plus assessment services to assist all riders, regardless of their riding experience or age, to obtain a Motorcycle Licence in Victoria.

The HART Experience provides a comprehensive rider training to all levels of motorcyclists from beginner through to advanced. HART offers a wide variety of courses from ATV to off-road, as well as driver courses at it’s NSW location. To ensure all courses, lessons and sessions are of the highest quality, all HART instructors are trained to Honda’s World Instructor Standard and are passionate about motorcycle riding and rider safety.
HART’s long-standing reputation has led it to be the rider training provider of choice for several government agencies and corporate bodies in Australia, including Transport New South Wales and VicRoads.

Our Vision and Values
The Learner Permit course has been developed to provide critical riding skills for all experience levels. Importantly, this 2-day course teaches you the fundamentals of motorcycle control, and introduces riders to safe on-road riding behaviour and promotes a positive rider safety attitude. HART provides all motorcycles, helmets, gloves and jackets for the duration of the course.
The Learner Permit course has strict pass/fail criteria set by Vicroads. You will complete a multiple choice theory assessment, and two practical riding assessments.
Once you have passed all assessments and met all eligibility criteria, HART, on behalf of Vicroads, will issue you a learner permit.
