HART’s Off-RoadTech is for riders who want to go and play in the dirt and learn, try or improve their off-road riding skills and techniques. The course is conducted on our private, purpose-built bushland tracks and trails where we have water crossings, sand, clay, mud and puddles.
On the Day
This course covers all the basic dirt riding techniques including bike set-up, posture, braking, lofting your front wheel over obstacles, getting dirty with style and getting wet with a smile.

Cancelling or changing bookings
Five working days’ notice is required to change all bookings, and a 10% administration fee will apply with no refunds available for the following situations

Delays caused by traffic or motor vehicle incidents
Bad weather conditions

Incorrect attire (long pants, long sleeves & closed in shoes required)
I’m a scooter rider but I would like to learn to ride a dirt bike. Can I do this course?
You need to be at least Provisional standard on a manual motorcycle to join this course.
Will this course teach me how to do wheelies?
This course is not going to turn you into a skilled motocross or enduro rider but it does include an element teaching you how to “loft” the front wheel over obstacles.
What happens if it is raining on the day?
If there is an extreme weather condition we will make a call on the day otherwise HART conducts training come rain or shine, and we will get even wetter, even muddier and have even more fun.
